There is no refund policy.

However replacements for same product are applicable.

Few points to be noted for replacements :

1) An order shall be eligible for exchange only if it is received by you in tampered/damaged condition and is not in working condition, we will on sole discretion verify if the product is eligible for replacement or not

2) Package opening video is must right from the start to end without any pauses till you have opened and checked everything.

3) Intimation of which has to be given by you to us within maximum 1 working day from the day of receipt of package.

4) Self Shipping: We don't offer pick up services so we would request you to self-ship the product to our location the product should be packed back by you carefully as it comes under fragile category.

5) As soon as the damaged product is received by us we will ship the exchanged parcel asap.
